On August 8, OJSC Enel OGK-5 registered an amendment to its corporate charter assuming its renaming as OJSC Enel Russia, the company informed.
It will be recalled that on June 26, 2014, the company's Board of Directors made a decision to rename Enel OGK-5, subject to a permission from Russia's Ministry of Justice to include the 'Russia' word in the firm name.
OJSC Enel OGK-5 (tax number: 6671156423) was registered in Yekaterinburg on October 27, 2004. The company's production facilities include the Konakovskaya, Nevinnomysskaya, Sredneuralskaya and Reftinskaya state district power stations (GRES). The total installed electrical capacity of the power stations is 9,677 MW, the total installed heat power is 2,382 Gcal.
The company's authorized capital is RUB 35.372 billion represented by 35,371,898,370 common shares at par value of 1 ruble. Enel OGK-5's shareholding structure is as follows: Enel Investment Holding B.V. (56.43%), PFR Partners Fund I Limited (26.43%), EBRD (5.12%), other minority shareholders (12.02%).
IFRS net profit of OJSC Enel OGK-5 for H1 2014 grew by 71.01% to RUB 3.43 billion from RUB 2.005 billion for the same period in 2013. Revenue increased by 10.38% to RUB 36.046 billion from RUB 32.656 billion, profit from operations by 37.17% to RUB 5.704 billion from RUB 4.158 billion, pre-tax profit by 71.1% to RUB 4.313 billion from RUB 2.521 billion, EBITDA grew by 8.3% to RUB 9.002 billion.
RAS net profit of OJSC Enel OGK-5 for H1 2014 increased 2.94-fold to RUB 3.03 billion from RUB 1.029 billion for the same period in 2013. Revenue increased by 10.32% to RUB 36.109 billion from RUB 32.732 billion, sales profit by 17.83% to RUB 5.916 billion from RUB 5.021 billion, pre-tax profit 3.08-fold to RUB 4.364 billion from RUB 1.418 billion.
