RAS net loss of JSC Ural Airlines for H1 2014 increased by 20% to RUB 298.182 million from RUB 248.271 million for the same period in 2013, the company reported.
Revenue increased by 22.47% to RUB 14.479 billion from RUB 11.822 billion, sales profit by 33.52% to RUB 66.268 million from RUB 49.632 million, loss before tax by 17.02% to RUB 282.442 million from RUB 241.365 million.
JSC Ural Airlines (tax number: 6608003013) is one of Russia's five major airline carriers in terms of traffic operating flights to over 170 destinations. The company's fleet is based on Airbus aircraft.
Passenger throughput of Ural Airlines for January-July 2014 increased by 18% year-on-year to 2.829 million.
According to the DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net profit of JSC Ural Airlines for 2013 grew by 42.15% to RUB 206.659 million from RUB 145.382 million the year before. Revenue increased by 26.4% to RUB 29.2 billion from RUB 23.102 billion, sales profit 17.4 times to RUB 871.293 million from RUB 50.063 million, pre-tax profit by 43.68% to RUB 227.044 million from RUB 158.017 million.
