On August 21, OJSC PhosAgro will publish its 6-month consolidated financial report under international financial reporting standards, according to the company's press release.
It will be recalled that PhosAgro's IFRS net profit for H1 2013 decreased by 56% to RUB 4.77 billion from RUB 10.802 billion the year before. Revenue increased by 7% to RUB 53.715 billion, EBITDA decreased by 22% to RUB 13.407 million, EBITDA margin to 25% from 34%.
PhosAgro Group includes OJSC Apatit, OJSC PhosAgro-Cherepovets (resulting from the merger of OJSC Ammophos and OJSC Cherepovetsky Azot), CJSC Agro-Cherepovets, Balakovo branch of OJSC Apatit, Metachem LLC, PhosAgro-Trans LLC, PhosAgro-Region LLC, and OJSC NIUIF.
PhosAgro's Global Depositary Receipts are listed on the LSE, its stock on the Russian stock exchange.
RAS net profit of PhosAgro for 2013 fell 7.3 times to RUB 922 million from RUB 6.747 billion the year before. Revenue decreased by 44% to RUB 4.431 billion from RUB 7.961 billion, GP to RUB 3.874 billion from RUB 7.442 billion.
