IFRS net loss of OAO Radpadskaya for H1 2014 decreased by 0.49% to $67.396 million from $67.73 million for the same period in 2013, the company reported.
Revenue decreased by 18.67% to 244.812 million from 300.997 million, operating loss went up 5.24% to 64.233 million from 61.034 million, adjusted EBITDA dropped to $8.318 million from $26.338 million the year before.
OAO Raspadskaya (tax number: 4214002316) unites several enterprises of a single territorial production complex in Kemerovo region: three mines including CJSC Koksovaya acquired in April 2010 which was affiliated with the mine Raspadskaya Koksovaya (currently under construction) in February 2011; one open-pit mine, a beneficiation factory as well as enterprises of the transport and production infrastructure. Corber Enterprises Limited (owned on a parity basis by the management of OAO Raspadskaya and Evraz Group S.A.) holds 80% of Raspadskaya's common shares.
IFRS net loss of OAO Raspadskaya for 2013 went up 4.3 times to $126.156 million. Revenue increased by 0.4% to $545.426 million, loss before tax increased 5.2 times to $150.947 million, EBITDA decreased 4.9-fold to $28.079 million, GP decreased by 26% to $73.896 million. Operating loss was $110.264 million against an operating profit of $5.645 million in 2012. The company's net debt grew by 15% to $498.81 million. Total debt decreased by 9% to 503.05 million.
According to the DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net loss of Raspadskaya for H1 2014 decreased by 27.29% to RUB 1.993 billion from RUB 2.741 billion the year before. Revenue increased by 5.02% to RUB 1.904 billion from RUB 1.813 billion, sales loss grew 2.05 times to RUB 1.213 billion from RUB 591.307 million, loss before tax decreased by 27.88% to RUB 2.431 billion from RUB 3.371 billion.
