Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service granted two applications of Cofco (HongKong) Limited, the regulatory body informed.
In particular, the regulatory authority permitted Cofco to acquire the right to direct the business of CJSC Vitalmar Agro (Moscow), OJSC Oktyabrsk Bread Depot (Samara region), Vitalmar Trans LLC (Stavropol Krai) (all of them registered in the Russian Federation) through the purchase of 51% of the voting shares in Nidera B. V (Netherlands).
Also, the Russian competition watchdog permitted Cofco to acquire right to direct the business of Bonel Resources LLC registered in Voronezh, Russia, through the purchase of a 51% voting stake in Noble Group Limited (Bermuda).
