Passenger throughput of the Aeroflot group for January-July 2014 increased by 11% year-on-year to 19.463 million, Aeroflot informed.
Passenger turnover went up 5.2% to 50.689 billion passenger-kilometers, passenger load factor held steady at 77.6%.
Cargo and mail handling decreased by 27.2% to 88.757 thousand tonnes
In July 2014, the group's passenger throughput increased by 11.9% to 3.797 million, passenger turnover by 9.6% to 9.761 billion passenger-kilometers.

IFRS net loss of JSC Aeroflot – Russian Airlines for H1 2014 was RUB 1.905 billion against a profit of RUB 45 million the year before. Revenue increased by 9.44% to RUB 140.281 billion from RUB 128.18 billion, loss from operations was RUB 1.384 billion against a profit of RUB 5.181 billion for the same period in 2013, sales loss totaled RUB 1.205 billion against a profit of RUB 557 million. EBITDA decreased 2.17 times to RUB 5.03 billion from RUB 10.914 billion.
According to the DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net profit of Aeroflot for H1 2014 decreased by 36.24% to RUB 3.391 billion from RUB 5.318 billion for the same period in 2013. Revenue increased by 14.85% to RUB 105.676 billion from RUB 92.014 billion, sales loss 3.95-fold to RUB 4.518 billion from RUB 1.144 billion, pre-tax profit decreased by 30.46% to RUB 4.687 billion from RUB 6.74 billion.
