Within strategic cooperation with Joint Shipbuilding Corp. VTB Bank signed general agreement with Arctech Helsinki Shipyard, the Bank informed.
The document stipulates banking guarantees in favor of Arctech Helsinki Shipyard to provide its participation in the tender on the ice-breaker building. The tender was arranged by Finnish Transport Agency.
The guarantees cover about 123mln euro.
The ice-breaker will be built by Vyborgsky Shipbuilding Plant and Arctech Helsinki Shipyard.

The 9-month net profit (IAS) plunged 23.6% to 46bn rub. from 60.2bn rub. prior year; net interest increased 33.8% to 233.2bn rub. from 174.3bn rub.
The 2013 net profit rallied up 62.9% to 35.119bn rub. from 21.561bn rub.; pretax profit - 61.76% to 35.385bn rub. from 21.875bn rub.
