Prior to that deal, the buyer had no equity position in Volgomost.
At the same time, Sormenia Investments Ltd (Cyprus) sold its 21.508% equity stake in Volgomost on January 24.
CJSC Ustoy Production Enterprise (tax number: 5075000230) is located in Dorokhovo, Ruzsky district, Moscow region. Its core business is the construction, repair and maintenance of highway and foot bridges, overhead roads, tunnels, culverts as well as concrete and metal structures for various applications.
OJSC Volgomost (tax number: 6450010433) was established 1961 in Saratov. The company includes 9 bridge construction crews. The enterprise specializes in the construction of railway, automobile and city bridges, overhead crossings and traffic junctions. Volgomost has constructed over 3 thousand bridges and other transport facilities 230 km long in total. The company's authorized capital is RUB 56.693 million.
According to the information and retrieval system DataCapital, RAS net profit of OJSC Volgomost for January-September 2013 increased 6-fold to RUB 677.692 million from RUB 112.672 million the year before. Revenue increased by 76.06% to RUB 16.842 billion from RUB 9.566 billion, sales profit by 77.19% to RUB 1.227 billion from RUB 692.686 million, pre-tax profit 4.55-fold to RUB 874.094 million from RUB 192.187 million.
