3781046 bonds of the 15th and 4367960 of the 16th issues were acquired.
The issues were placed on MICEX through the open offering in 2011. The issues include 5mln bonds of 1ths rub. par each. The 1st coupon rate is fixed at 8.25% ann. The issue arrangers involve Uglemetbank, Svyaz Bank, Alfa Bank, VTB and Sberbank. The maturity period covers 10 years.
