A.Miller, Gazprom chief executive, and V.Alekperov, LUKOIL president, considered realization of joint projects at the meeting Jan. 15, the company informed.
In particular, it concerns the project on the refining of the by-pass oil gas gushed out in the LUKOIL-Komi group of the fields at Sosnogorsky Refinery held by Gazprom. Some other projects were discussed.
Gazprom (TIN 7736050003) is the largest gas company in the world. The share capital is equal to 118.367bn rub. split in 23673512900 common stocks of 5 rub. par. The working interest is held by the government. In 2012 Gazprom reduced output 5.1% to 482.251bn m3 of gas.
The IH 2013 net profit (IAS) moved up 11% to come to 593.405bn rub. form 534.256bn rub.; revenues - 13.8% to 2.568tril rub. from 2.231tril rub.
The 9-month 2013 net profit (RAS) climbed down 9.1% to 466.6bn rub. from 513.091bn rub. prior year; revenues rose 7% to come to 2.817tril rub.
