Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service considered the application of JSC Koltsovo-Invest for the purchase of 100% of the voting shares in JSOC Rostov-on-Don Airport, the regulatory body informed.
Based on the data and information provided in relation to this application, and contingent on the observance of the procedure set forth by the Federal Law on Privatization of State and Municipal Property, the competition authority decided to grant this application.
JSC Koltsovo-Invest (tax number: 6672150375) is part of Renova Group. The company holds a 51.9% equity stake in Koltsovo Airport (Yekaterinburg).
