From June 21 to 30, 2014, the maximum interest rate on ruble deposits with the largest banks of the Russian Federation decreased to 8.83%, the Bank of Russia informed.
The maximum interest rate was 8.84% in early June and mid-June, 8.74% p.a. from May 21 to 31, 8.71% p.a. in the second ten-day interval of May, 8.64% from May 1 to 10, 8.63% in mid-April and late April, 8.62% p.a. from April 1 to 10, 8.47% p.a. in the third ten-day period of March, 8.35% p.a. in the first and second ten-day intervals of March, 8.37% in mid-February and late February, 8.27% from February 1 to 10, 8.31% in January.
