In IH 2014 Gazprom increased gas shipment to Croatia by 45% to gain 0.34bn m3, as it was informed within A.Miller's visit to Croatia.
The parties considered current situation and cooperation in the gas/oil sphere. In particular, it concerned realization of the South Stream project.
In 2014 during the 6-month period Gazprom shipped 0.34bn m3 or 45% higher prior year figures. Besides, perspectives of Gazprom neft participation in the tenders on the prospecting of hydrocarbon fields in Croatia were discussed.
South Stream project is realized by Gazprom. It will have 63bn m3 in capacity and should cross the Black Sea area to diversify the gas export routes to Europe. The sector covers 930 km.
In Dec. 2012 the building started near Anapa (Krasnodarsky reg.). The gas pipeline is expected to be launched in operation 2015 end.
