On July 8, Valery Subbotin, a Vice President and a member of the Management Board of OAO LUKOIL, acquired shares in the company for a total amount of RUB 9.495 million, LUKOIL informed.
As a result of this transaction, Subbotin's equity stake in LUKOIL increased to 0.014% from 0.0134%.
It will be recalled that on June 27, Alpemap Overseas affiliated with V. Subbotin acquired 100 thousand ADRs of the oil producer for a total amount of $5.956 million. Earlier, on June 10, Alpemap Overseas acquired another 100 thousand ADRs of LUKOIL for $5.956 million.
OAO LUKOIL (tax number: 7708004767) is Russia's second largest oil producer. In 2013, LUKOIL increased production of hydrocarbons to 116.6 million tones.
