Earlier, RUSNANO had one voting share (less than 0.0001%) in the R&D institute; its equity position has now increased to approximately 25.1013% (8,386,234 voting shares).
JSC Mikron (tax number: 7735007358) established 1964 is the engaged in the research, development, production and marketing of microelectronic circuits.
