Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service granted the application of Agrocom Group Ltd. (Rostov-on-Don) for the right to operate as a sole executive body of CJSC Institute Proektpromventilyatsiya (Rostov-on-Don), the regulatory body informed.
CJSC Institute Proektpromventilyatsiya is principally engaged in the leasing of own real estate, architectural activities, design and engineering activities within industrial and construction projects.
Agrocom Group established in Rostov-on-Don in August 2004 consists of more than 40 enterprises. While most of its production companies are located in Russia's Southern Federal District, their divisions and branches are operating all over Russia, in the CIS countries, and Europe. Agrocom Group's diversified holding comprises the tobacco, meat, fish farming and real estate business segments.
The tobacco arm (its parent company is CJSC Donskoy Tabak) comprises CJSC Donskoy Tabak, Pereslavl-Zalessky production site, SEKAPJSC. The meat production arm (parent company being Rostov Sausage Plant – TAVR LLC) comprises RKZ-TAVR LLC, Matveev-Kurgan and Zimovniki production sites, OJSC Batayskoye, CJSC Novorossiysk Meat-processing Plant, Tavrovskie Myasnye Lavki (Butcher's Shops) retail chain. The fish farming arm (parent company being Kazachka LLC) comprises: Kazachka LLC, Donskoy Osetr LLC. The real estate arm is represented by CJSC Krasnoarmeyskaya. Other entities of the group are: PKF Atlantis-Pak LLC, OJSC Rostov Civil Aviation Plant N 412, APK XXI vek LLC, Aqua-Don LLC, Park LLC.
