Fesco Transport Group acquired container terminal near Novosibirsk, the company informed.
The terminal is a part of the transport complex covering 15 hectar; storage capacity gains 1.3ths TEU. It was bought by Transgarant included into Fesco. The acquisition of the terminal is included into the long term strategy aimed to develop the own terminal network.
Fesco Transport Group is one of the largest transport logistic companies in Russia. It keeps own surface and ports infrastructure which permits to provide containers transportation.
The major portion of operations is concentrated in the Far East. The Group holds Vladivostok Sea Trading Port. It provides carriages under the Transgarant brand (wholly-owned sub of Fesco) and Russian Troika (JV set up with RZHD at par).
Fesco keeps above 35ths containers with 56ths TEU in capacity. The Company provides services to Russian and foreign clients.
The 2013-net revenues plunged 4.76% (IAS) to $1.14bn from $1.197bn rub; EBITDA declined 24.7% to $186mln from $247mln; EBITDA margin - 4.3 interest point to 16.3%. The consolidated debts moved down $927mln from $976mln; $191mln being on the book. In 2013 Vladivostok Sea Trading Port turned out to be a key factor of the Group.
