In particular, Jivanta Ventures Limited and Cador Enterprises Limited acquired 30% and one share in VSMPO-AVISMA each (3,458,860 shares each) increasing their stakes from 24.28% (2,799,660) and 21.14% (2,437,122), respectively.
Gazprombank OJSC reduced its equity position in the corporation to 0.28% from 15.55%, its holding of common shares decreased to 32,288 from 1,793,135.
CJSC Business Alliance Company increased its equity position in the corporation to 5.27% from 4.5794%. Its holding of common shares increased to 607,897 from 527,988.
OJSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation (tax number: 6607000556) is the largest worldwide manufacturer of titanic goods (ingots and all kinds of semi-finished products of titanic alloys). Also, the corporation produces pressware of aluminum alloys, semi-finished alloy steel products and heat resistant nickel-based alloys. The company's principal manufacturing assets are located in cities Verkhnyaya Salda and Berezniki.
The company is part of state-run corporation Rostec (previous name: Russian Technologies).
