LUKOIL and Gazprom heads signed general agreement on strategic partnership till 2024, as it was informed.
The cooperation stipulates joint prospecting of hydrocarbons in foreign states. The companies are going to develop the crude shipment by sea from the northern area of Nenetsky and Yamalo-Nenetsky regions.
The previous general agreement on the strategic partnership between the companies was signed in 2005 till 2014. Now several joint projects are under development (in the northern part of the Caspian Sea and at Sosnogorsky Refinery).
Gazprom (TIN 7736050003) is the largest gas company in the world. The share capital is equal to 118.367bn rub. split in 23673512900 common stocks of 5 rub. par. The working interest is held by the government. In 2013 Gazprom increased output by 400mln m3 to 487.4bn m3 of gas.
The 9-month 2013 net profit (RAS) climbed down 9.1% to 466.6bn rub. from 513.091bn rub. prior year; revenues rose 7% to come to 2.817tril rub.
