Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service granted applications of LUKOIL-Yugnefteprodukt LLC for the right to use the fixed production assets of Kubannefteservis Ltd and AYuR LLC, the regulatory body informed.
It will be recalled that in August, Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service permitted LUKOIL-Yugnefteprodukt to use the fixed production assets of VAI-GARANT LLC, Industrial and Commercial Company Yug-Servis LLC, and Eurooil LLC.
Kubannefteservis Ltd and AYuR LLC specialize in the retail trade in motor fuels and leasing of own non-residential real estate. Both companies are registered in Krasnodar.
LUKOIL-Yugnefteprodukt LLC is a subsidiary company of LUKOIL engaged in sales.
OAO LUKOIL (tax number: 7708004767) is Russia's second largest oil producer. In 2013, LUKOIL increased production of hydrocarbons to 116.6 million tonnes. As of December 31, 2013, the company's proven SEC compliant reserves totaled 17.4 billion barrels of oil equivalent including 13.5 billion barrels of oil and 23.6 trillion cubic feet of gas.

US GAAP net profit of LUKOIL for H1 2014 dropped by 11.6% to $4.137 billion from $4.68 billion the year before. Sales revenue grew by 7.4% to $73.886 billion from $68.823 billion. Pre-tax profit decreased by 15.2% to $5.275 billion from $6.217 billion.
RAS net profit of LUKOIL for H1 2014 grew by 28% to RUB 202.519 billion from RUB 158.535 billion the year before. Revenue increased by 21% to RUB 220.172 billion from RUB 182.005 billion. Income from participation interests in other entities was RUB 200.292 billion against RUB 160.882 billion the year before.
