R.Abramovich acquired ORT-KB keeping 24% in The First Channel, Vedomosti informed.
Till Feb. 12 ORT-KB was held at par by 5 Cyprus-based companies operating in R.Aramovich's interests (in particular, Tesina Trading & Investment, Allport Investments, Galenica Holding, Rosiera Investments and Palmeron Holdings).
The Russian Property Agency has 38.9% in The First Channel;
Rastrcom-2002 (included into National Media Group held by J.Kovalchuk) - 25%. The new regulations in Russia restricted the foreigners-held share in mass media at 20%.
NMG is a private media holding in Russia. It involves several TV channels, broadcasting, newspapers. In Oct. 2013 the Group acquired Metro Petersburg and in Mar. 2014 - 50% in Art Pictures Vision.
