In 2017, the power facilities of LLC Bashkir Generation Company produced 18.435 billion kWh of electricity (-6.5% year-on-year), according to the company's press service.
The lower production is mainly attributable to the optimization of the operating equipment and a reduction in the installed electrical capacity starting from November 1, 2016 following the disposal of the Kumertau TPP.
Heat supply from Bashkir Generation Company's power facilities decreased by 1% to 16.287 million Gcal in 2017.
The share of natural gas in the fuel mix was 99.3%, the share fuel oil was 0.7%, coal was not used.
LLC Bashkir Generation Company (LLC BGC, tax number: 277077282) is one of the biggest regional energy companies in Russia which is part of PJSC INTER RAO. Bashkir Generation Company was established in July 2006. The company's core business is electric power and heat generation. Bashkir Generation Company operates more than 20 large and small-scale power plants on the whole territory of Bashkortostan and ensures electricity supply to consumers both in the home region and in neighboring regions. The total installed electrical capacity of BGC facilities amounts to 4,007 MW and heat capacity to 8,351 Gcal/h (as of January 1, 2017). The company's authorized capital is RUB 24.039 billion.
In January-September 2017, the power facilities of LLC Bashkir Generation Company produced 13.469 billion kWh of electricity (-6.2% year-on-year). Heat supplies increased by 3.4% to 11.256 million Ccal.
According to AK&M Information Agency's DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net profit of Bashkir Generation Company for 2017 decreased by 35.4% to RUB 2.6 billion from RUB 4.1 billion the year before. Revenue decreased by 2.4% to RUB 43.3 billion from RUB 44.4 billion, gross profit by 16.4% to RUB 5.6 billion from RUB 6.7 billion, sales profit by 17% to RUB 5.4 billion from RUB 6.5 billion.
