PIK Group's 6-month cash inflow increased by 17.7%

In H1 2018, the total cash inflows of PIK Group increased by 17.7% to RUB 111.1 billion from RUB 94.4 billion in the first half of 2017, the company informed.

Retail sales of real estate increased by 9.4% to 843 thousand square meters against 771 thousand square meters in H1 2017. In H1 2018, the company put up 36 new buildings for sale against 52 buildings a year earlier.

In the accounting period, the company commissioned 286,000 square meters (-28.3% year-on-year) against 399,000 square meters a year earlier.

Mortgage transactions accounted for 65% of the total volume of sales.

PIK Group (tax number: 7713011336) established in 1994 is a residential real estate developer focusing on projects in Moscow and Moscow region and committed to implementing projects in other Russian regions. The company's core business is the development, construction and marketing of residential real estate, mainly in the mass housing market segment. The company's principal shareholder is Sergey Gordeev (74.6% of shares). In 2017, the group may sell 1.7-1.9 million square meters of housing for a total amount of RUB 190-200 billion.

According to AK&M Information Agency's DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net profit of PIK Group for Q1 2017 decreased by 15% to RUB 2.009 billion from RUB 2.378 billion the year before. Revenue increased 2.1 times to RUB 5.88 billion from RUB 2.812 billion, gross profit 2.7 times to RUB 4.865 billion from RUB 1.78 billion. Pre-tax profit was RUB 2.523 billion against RUB 2.698 billion (-6.5%).

IFRS net profit of PIK Group for 2017 was RUB 3.2 billion against RUB 19.1 billion in 2016. Total revenue increased 3 times to RUB 175.1 billion against RUB 57.7 billion.
