Approximately 1.6 million passengers traveled to the Russian Black Sea coast in trains of Federal Passenger Company in June 2018, which is 20.8% above the June 2017 levels.
Trains to/from Sochi and Adler (+25.3%), Anapa (+22.7%) and Novorossiysk (+14%) saw the highest demand.
JSC Federal Passenger Company (FPC, a subsidiary of JSC Russian Railways, tax number: 7708709686) started its business activities on April 1, 2010. FPK was established pursuant to the structural reform program for the railway transportation system and the strategy of development of a long-distance passenger transportation complex.
IFRS net profit of JSC Federal Passenger Company (FPC) for 2017 decreased by 2.07% to RUB 9.522 billion from RUB 9.723 billion the year before. Revenue increased by 7.46% to RUB 216.191 billion from RUB 201.191 billion, operating profit (adjusted for state subsidies) by 8.74% to RUB 15.918 billion from RUB 14.639 billion, pre-tax profit decreased by 4.88% to RUB 12.652 billion from RUB 13.301 billion.

Revenue increased by 7.45% to RUB 216.206 billion from RUB 201.211 billion, sales profit was RUB 6.236 billion against a loss of RUB 5.859 billion in 2016, pre-tax profit grew by 29.24% to RUB 10.944 billion from RUB 8.468 billion.
According to AK&M Information Agency's DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net loss of JSC Federal Passenger Company (FPC) for Q1 2018 grew by 69.53% to RUB 6.024 billion from RUB 3.553 billion for the same period in 2017. Revenue increased by 2.61% to RUB 38.604 billion from RUB 37.62 billion.
