RAS net profit of JSC Far-Eastern Generating Company (FEGC) for Q1 2018 decreased by 25.39% to RUB 819.758 million from RUB 1.099 billion for the same period in 2017, the company reported.
Revenue increased by 7.76% to RUB 25.211 billion from RUB 23.395 billion, sales profit decreased by 32.46% to RUB 2.073 billion from RUB 3.07 billion, sales profit by 25.77% to RUB 1.098 billion from RUB 1.479 billion.
JSC Far-Eastern Generating Company (FEGC, tax number: 1434031363) is a territorial generating company of Russia which is active in the energy market of Russia's Far East. The company is operating in five constituents of the Russian Federation: Amur region, Primorsky Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, the Jewish autonomous area, in the south of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Along with JSC Far-Eastern Distribution Company, FEGC is a wholly owned subsidiary of JSC Far Eastern Energy Company (FEEC) which is a corporate management body for these companies.
FEGC manages 15 power stations, 5 large boiler houses and 911.4 km of main heat pipelines (in terms of twin pipes) and coal strip mine. In H1 2017, FEGC power facilities reduced electricity production by 5% year-on-year to 12.373 billion kWh.
IFRS net loss of JSC Far-Eastern Generating Company for 2017 increased 14.78 times to RUB 9.088 billion from RUB 615 million the year before. Revenue (adjusted for state subsidies) grew by 2.05% to RUB 72.33 billion from RUB 70.877 billion, loss from operations was RUB 1.146 billion against a profit of RUB 4.311 billion in 2016, loss before tax increased 16.82 times to RUB 10.225 billion from RUB 608 million.
According to AK&M Information Agency's DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net loss of JSC Far-Eastern Generating Company (FEGC) for 2017 grew by 28.37% to RUB 4.663 billion from RUB 3.632 billion the year before. Revenue increased by 5.02% to RUB 72.278 billion from RUB 68.824 billion, sales loss was RUB 777.572 million against a profit of RUB 153.166 million ion 2016, loss before tax grew by 35.13% to RUB 5.489 billion from RUB 4.062 billion.
