Russian President Vladimir Putin transferred shares of Russian "daughters" Ariston and BSH Hausgerate to the management of Gazprom Household Systems JSC. The relevant decree of the head of state is published on the legal information website.

Gazprom Household Systems is being managed by 100% of the share in the authorized capital of Ariston Thermo Rus LLC (the company was owned by Ariston Holding N.V.) and 100% of the share in the authorized capital of BSH Household Appliances LLC (BSH Hausgerate GmbH).

Gazprom Household Systems JSC, a subsidiary of Gazprom PJSC, is the largest manufacturer of household gas equipment in the Russian Federation and manufactures household appliances.

Ariston Holding NV (Italy) manufactures heating systems and related products under the trademarks Ariston, Chaffoteaux, Elco, Racold, Régent, Atag, NTI, HTP, Cuenod, Ecoflam and Thermowatt.

BSH Hausgeräte GmbH is a German household appliance manufacturing company. It was founded in 1967 as a joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH and Siemens AG. Bosch bought out the partner's share in 2015. And BSH Hausgeräte became the "daughter" of Bosch.
