The Ministry of Finance proposed to extend the deadlines for paying taxes and insurance premiums to organizations and sole proprietors of the Orenburg region affected by the flood.
The draft of the relevant government decree has been published on a Single portal for posting draft NPA.
The document proposes to grant flood-affected organizations and sole proprietors the right to the following support measures:
- a 12-month extension of the deadlines for paying taxes (with the exception of VAT, excise taxes, mineral extraction tax and personal income tax on employee payments), advance payments on these taxes, insurance premiums, which come from April 1, 2024;
- a 12-month extension of the terms of payment of insurance premiums for injuries, which begin on April 1, 2024;
- annual installment payment of taxes (advance payments), insurance premiums for which payment deadlines have been postponed.
The right to receive these benefits will be granted to organizations and sole proprietors who simultaneously meet the following criteria:
- the location (place of business activity) is the territory of the Orenburg region, where an emergency regime has been introduced;
- Damage was sustained as a result of the 2024 flood;
- Revenues from the sale of goods, works, and services decreased by more than 30% during the period of the emergency regime.
