Vyacheslav Spirenkov, Deputy Head of the Federal Forestry Agency, noted that the agency implements the principles of client-centricity in its work. Obtaining forest services online is one of the most convenient mechanisms for forest users. So far, not all regions provide an online GLR discharge service – only 36.
"Currently, only 75% of GLR statements are provided electronically. The key task is to bring this figure to 100% by the end of the year. Regional forest departments need to strengthen their work in this direction, abandon paper media and transfer all extracts from the register online," Vyacheslav Spirenkov said.
It should be noted that the largest number of electronic statements were provided in the Perm Territory (321 statements), Moscow (306), Volgograd (238) regions, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (233), Nizhny Novgorod Region (212), the Republic of Tatarstan (177), Kaluga Region (169), the Republic of Sakha (137), the Republic of Udmurtia (134), the Vologda region (120).
