The Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation is testing a new online service that allows users to obtain copies of constituent documents.
Recall that the new FTS service "Providing copies of constituent documents" launched a month ago allows you to get copies of constituent documents of legal entities and changes made to them without visiting tax authorities, for free and in just a few minutes. The service is provided free of charge.
Copies of the constituent documents are signed with a reinforced qualified electronic signature of the tax authority.
In its message, the Federal Tax Service notes that in the first month of operation of the service "Providing copies of constituent documents", users received more than 24,000 electronic copies of constituent documents.
So far, the service is working in test mode, but already now it allows you to reduce costs when obtaining a copy of the constituent documents, since previously they could only be obtained by contacting the tax authority with a request.
