The software for automating passenger access control to vehicles "Information and Analytical passenger Flow Counting System" developed by Sitronics Group is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs of the Ministry of Finance.

The passenger traffic management system is a solution for automating the management of passenger access to bus stops and vehicles, depending on the workload, the availability of boarding a vehicle and passenger traffic statistics. The software is designed to prevent overloads of stopping points and vehicles, as well as passengers passing through to the transport tracks without an announced landing.

The system records all the entrances and exits of passengers, which allows for automatic counting of passengers in real time, accumulating passenger traffic statistics for each object to reserve seats in different time periods. The solution provides for integration with access control and management systems that control the physical opening or closing of access, on-board and other vehicle systems that ensure the functioning of passenger transport.

The solution is already being used on innovative electric vessels in Moscow, which transport passengers on two routes "Kievsky" – "The Heart of the capital" and "ZIL –Pechatniki".

"Our group of companies has not only completed a project for the development and production of electric vessels, but also provided the route with a modern solution and equipment for passenger traffic management. The system eliminates the excess number of passengers on ships that can accommodate up to 50 people, ensures safety and comfort while maintaining optimal loading. The system takes into account how many people have boarded the ship, as well as at the pier to wait for the arrival of transport. All facilities are equipped with sensors for automated passenger counting with human recognition. If the number of passengers approaches the maximum, the entrance turnstiles to the pier and to the ship are blocked. If someone exits, access is reopened before filling in or before the ship's captain gives the command to complete the landing.", – said Pavel Dreiger, Vice president of software products and solutions at Sitronics Group.

Also, each vessel is equipped with a specially designed system with an interface for the captain, in which he selects a berth and marks the beginning of disembarkation and boarding of passengers. The integrated system works in such a way that the turnstiles remain blocked until the start of boarding.

The passenger traffic management solution is integrated with systems with payment systems by bank cards and the Troika card, as well as systems of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the city of Moscow, which allows you to transmit the necessary information about the number of passengers to the data center in an online format.
