Real estate projects with a total area of 3.5 million square meters were commissioned in Moscow in January-April 2021, including housing projects with an area of over 1.6 million square meters, the Moscow Urban Development Policy and Construction Authority informed referring to a statement by Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for the Urban Development and Construction.
14 social infrastructure facilities were also built and commissioned, Andrey Bochkarev added.
To recap, it is planned to build and commission real estate projects with an area of at least 8.5 million sqm before the end of 2021, including at least 4 mn sqm of housing.
