In 2025, coupons for the transportation of more than 42 million cubic meters of construction waste were formed in the Moscow Region. This was stated by the Minister of Ecology and Nature Management of the Moscow region Vitaly Mosin, quoted in the message of the Ministry of Ecology of the Moscow Region.
The electronic service for issuing coupons for transportation of construction debris has been operating since June 2021. Currently, 97 facilities for receiving and processing construction debris are involved in the waste management system in the Moscow region.
Currently, work is underway to create the state information system "Unified Digital Contour for the Management of construction waste, demolition of buildings and structures, including soils" (GIS Stroyotkhody), which will be operated by the Ministry of Ecology. The system will be launched in the second half of 2026.
