A. Gilgenberg was appointed CEO of PhosAgro

The Board of Directors of PJSC PhosAgro appointed Alexander Gilgenberg to the post of CEO of the company, accepting the resignation of Mikhail Rybnikov from the post of CEO due to a change of job. This is stated in the company's message.

A.Gilgenberg has been working at PhosAgro Group enterprises since 1999. In 2006-2013, he headed the Legal Affairs Directorate of the Cherepovets branch of the PhosAgro AG Management Company, in 2013-2017, he was the Director of Legal Affairs, and then the Executive Director of the Management Organization for Apatit JSC. From January to October 2018, he was Deputy General Director and Chief of Staff of the General Director of PJSC PhosAgro. In 2018, he was appointed First Deputy General Director of JSC Apatit. Since November 2019, he has been the General Director of Apatit JSC.

Mikhail Rybnikov has been working at PhosAgro Group enterprises since 1998: he has worked his way up from managing their financial and economic blocks to CEO of PhosAgro PJSC (he was elected by the Board of Directors on March 11, 2022).

PhosAgro's net profit for 2024 decreased by 1.9% to 84.469 billion rubles from 86.141 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue amounted to RUB 507.7 billion, an increase of 15.3%. EBITDA decreased by 3.3% to RUB 177 billion.

PhosAgro's net profit for the first quarter of 2025 increased 2.5 times to 47.656 billion rubles from 18.754 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 33.6% to RUB 159.39 billion from RUB 119.272 billion, and EBITDA increased by 25% to RUB 48.8 billion from RUB 39.06 billion.
