In February 2025, 11,044 thousand housing mortgage loan agreements were registered in the primary and secondary real estate markets in Moscow, which is 44.3% higher than in January 2025. This is reported by the capital's Construction Complex.
"The result of February this year was the highest for this month for the entire time of Moscow statistics. In the capital, over 11 thousand mortgage agreements were signed for the first time in the second month: compared to February last year, the number of loan transactions increased by 14%, and by the same month in 2023, the growth was 13%," said Igor Maidanov, head of the capital's Rosreestr Department, quoted in the message.
In January-February 2025, 18.697 thousand housing mortgage loan agreements were registered in Moscow. This is 6.6% more than in January-February 2024.
Within the framework of the "Family Mortgage" in the capital, loans worth 65.8 billion rubles were issued in the first two months of this year, which is 26.3% of the national level under this program and 25.6% of all preferential mortgage loans in the country.
