Rodnik LLC is one of the largest commercial real estate developers in the Southern Urals. It has built, owns and operates Rodnik shopping mall (126 thousand square meters) and Almaz shopping mall (212 thousand square meters) in Chelyabinsk. The share price is 12.158 billion rubles. Revenue for 2025 increased by 0.1% year—on-year to 2 billion rubles, net profit increased 16 times to 702.269 million rubles.
LLC UK Assistance operates in the field of operation and maintenance of buildings, premises and structures, provides a full range of services for the technical operation and management of shopping complexes, as well as other commercial real estate (more than 40 objects). The share price is 6.2 million rubles. Revenue for 2025 increased by 38.6% to 151.927 million rubles, net profit — by 22.1% to 458 thousand rubles.
