Andrey Roldugin has been appointed Vice President for Regional Management of ER-Telecom Holding. This is stated in the company's message.
Previously, he held the position of director of two interregional branches of the company – Chernozemye and Zolotoe Koltso.
Alexander Roldugin will oversee business in all interregional branches of the company, except Moscow and the Moscow region, and will be responsible for key operational processes, including improving the quality of service in the regions, NPS clients and eNPS employees, as well as for development processes, including interaction with key stakeholders in the framework of M&A transactions.
