The basic tax conditions are fixed and will remain unchanged until 2030. This was stated by Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov at an expanded board of the Ministry of Finance, according to the ministry's website.
A.Siluanov called the budget revenue structure of the budget system of the Russian Federation generally balanced. It is dominated by taxes on wages, consumption, capital and natural rent.
A long-term financial plan has been formed for 2025-2030. It provides for more than 40 trillion rubles for the implementation of national projects. This is twice as much as in the last six years. Moreover, all priorities are "laid out" within the budget framework provided with resources, the Finance Minister stressed.
