Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Finance, the Rosselkhoznadzor and Rosrybolovstvo to create a single digital platform for agro-industrial and fisheries complexes using artificial intelligence technology by December 30, 2026. The digital platform will enable the implementation of a service management model for the agro-industrial complex.
Mikhail Mishustin gave a number of instructions on the implementation of innovative solutions and scientific developments in the agro-industrial sector.
Thus, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Education and Science must submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers by May 2026 on the possibility of prioritizing government support for projects related to the implementation of such developments.
The Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Economic Development to work out the possibility of using mechanisms by May 18, 2026, in which part of the income tax of companies that have introduced new technologies into the agro-industrial complex is directed to finance the developer of these technologies to conduct new research.
