On November 30, 2020, Russia's Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) affirmed the credit rating of PJSC KuibyshevAzot  at 'A'(RU), with a stable outlook, the rating agency informed.

The credit rating of KuibyshevAzot reflects the high assessment of the company's operational risk profile and strong liquidity assessment, its medium size and moderate profitability, as well as the medium leverage, coverage and cash flow indicators. The rating is constrained by the high ratio of total debt to FFO before net interest payments and a low FCF margin, ACRA notes.

PJSC KuibyshevAzot (tax number: 6320005915) is a leading producer of Russia's chemical industry. The company based in Togliatti (Samara region) focuses on the production of caprolactam and products based on it (polyamide-6, high tenacity industrial yarns, cord fabric, engineering plastics), ammonia and nitrogen fertilizers, as well as gases for industrial purposes.

The company is a leading manufacturer of caprolactam, polyamide, textile and industrial yarns in Russia, the CIS, and Eastern Europe, and it is among the ten largest enterprises in the domestic nitrogen industry. In 2019, the company's shares in the total Russian production output were 55% for caprolactam, 99% for polyamide, and 4.8% for nitrogen fertilizers.
