Nefteprombank is a small bank that ranked 189th among Russian banks by size of assets as of September 1, 2020. The Bank is controlled by a group of legal entities; Insurance Company "ARSENAL" LLC (hereinafter, IC "ARSENAL", 'BB'(RU), outlook Stable) holds the largest share (40%).
