PJSC Aeroflot – Russian Airlines increased its stake in Aeromar JSC to 100% from 51%. This is stated in the company's message.

Recall that Aeroflot has closed a deal to acquire 100% of Aeromil LLC, an on-board catering manufacturer in Krasnoyarsk, from the structures of the German airline Lufthansa. The transaction amount amounted to 56.4 million rubles.
Aeromar is engaged in the production of on-board catering. Previously, 49% of the company's shares belonged to a subsidiary of LSG Group Lufthansa, while 51% of the shares belonged to Aeroflot.
Aeroflot is a Russian airline. The group of the same name also includes Rossiya and Pobeda Airlines.
The authorized capital of PJSC Aeroflot consists of 3975771215 ordinary registered non-documentary shares with a par value of 1 RUB each. Preferred shares were not placed by the company.
As of March 31, 2026, 73.77% of the shares of PJSC Aeroflot belonged to the Russian Federation represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for State Property Management. The founder of PJSC Aeroflot is the Government of the Russian Federation.
Aeroflot's RAS net profit for 2025 increased 5.6 times to RUB 123.037 billion from RUB 21.959 billion a year earlier. Adjusted net profit amounted to 11.847 billion rubles against 58.992 billion rubles. Gross profit fell by 74.9% to 11.253 billion rubles from 44.861 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 6.7% to 760.401 billion rubles from 712.928 billion rubles.
Aeroflot's IFRS profit for 2025 increased by 91.8% to 105.5 billion rubles from 55.02 billion rubles a year earlier. Adjusted profit amounted to 22.6 billion rubles against 64.2 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 5.3% to 902.26 billion rubles from 856.785 billion rubles, EBITDA increased by 18.5% to 253.65 billion rubles from 214.07 billion rubles.
The loss of Aeroflot shareholders under IFRS for the first half of 2026 amounted to 367 million rubles against a profit of 73.098 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 3.6% to RUB 429.75 billion from RUB 414.78 billion.
