PJSC Aeroflot became the owner of 80% of UK Direct Star LLC. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.

Direct Star Management Company is a young management company, the perimeter of which includes: the call center of Direct Star LLC and the database operator of Direct Business Solution LLC. The group of companies employs more than 1.8 thousand people in different regions of Russia. Until the end of 2025, the group was controlled by the French corporation Teleperformance SE. The main production company, Direct Star LLC, ended 2025 with a loss of 363 million rubles and a 13% decrease in revenue to 2.1 billion rubles. The year was marked by a significant reduction in staff to 1,591 thousand in 2025 from 2,014 thousand in 2024.

Teleperformance is a French multinational company in the field of digital business services.

Aeroflot is a Russian airline. The group of the same name also includes Rossiya and Pobeda Airlines.

The authorized capital of PJSC Aeroflot consists of 3975771215 ordinary registered non-documentary shares with a par value of 1 RUB each. Preferred shares were not placed by the company.

As of March 31, 2026, 73.77% of the shares of PJSC Aeroflot belonged to the Russian Federation represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for State Property Management. The founder of PJSC Aeroflot is the Government of the Russian Federation.

Aeroflot's RAS net profit for 2025 increased 5.6 times to RUB 123.037 billion from RUB 21.959 billion a year earlier. Adjusted net profit amounted to 11.847 billion rubles against 58.992 billion rubles. Gross profit fell by 74.9% to 11.253 billion rubles from 44.861 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 6.7% to 760.401 billion rubles from 712.928 billion rubles.

The net loss of PJSC Aeroflot under RAS for the first quarter of 2026 amounted to 12.57 billion rubles against a profit of 56.569 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 5.7% to RUB 172.344 billion from RUB 163.123 billion. The gross loss amounted to 3.545 billion rubles against a loss of 7.407 billion rubles.

Aeroflot's IFRS profit for 2025 increased by 91.8% to 105.5 billion rubles from 55.02 billion rubles a year earlier. Adjusted profit amounted to 22.6 billion rubles against 64.2 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 5.3% to 902.26 billion rubles from 856.785 billion rubles, EBITDA increased by 18.5% to 253.65 billion rubles from 214.07 billion rubles.
