Aeroflot's IFRS profit increased by 78.9% in 9 months%

Aeroflot's IFRS profit for the first 9 months of 2025 increased by 78.9% to RUB 107.2 billion from RUB 59.94 billion a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.

Revenue increased by 6.3% to 676.48 billion rubles from 636.56 billion rubles, EBITDA increased by 37.8% to 230.89 billion rubles from 167.53 billion rubles. Adjusted profit fell to 24.5 billion rubles from 48.58 billion rubles.

Labor costs increased by 18.2% and amounted to 88.526 billion rubles. Aircraft and passenger maintenance costs increased by 13.6% to RUB 134.329 billion.

Aeroflot Group transported 42.5 million passengers, which corresponds to the same period of the previous year. Passenger traffic on domestic routes decreased by 1.1% to 32.7 million, while on international routes it increased by 3.4% to 9.8 million.

Aeroflot is a Russian airline. The group of the same name also includes Rossiya and Pobeda Airlines.

The authorized capital of PJSC Aeroflot consists of 3975771215 ordinary registered non-documentary shares with a par value of 1 RUB each. Preferred shares were not placed by the company.

The largest shareholder of PJSC Aeroflot is the Russian Federation, which owns 73.77% of the total number of ordinary shares of the company. 25.03% of the total number of ordinary shares is in free circulation.

Aeroflot's IFRS profit for the first half of 2025 increased by 75.7% to 74.3 billion rubles from 42.29 billion rubles a year earlier. Adjusted profit fell by 84.1% to 4.3 billion rubles from 27 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 10% to 414.78 billion rubles from 377.2 billion rubles, EBITDA increased by 12.3% to 141.46 billion rubles from 125.95 billion rubles.
