Aeroflot's RAS net profit for 2025 increased 5.6 times to RUB 123.037 billion from RUB 21.959 billion a year earlier. This was announced by the company.
Adjusted net profit amounted to 11.847 billion rubles against 58.992 billion rubles.
Gross profit fell by 74.9% to 11.253 billion rubles from 44.861 billion rubles.
Revenue increased by 6.7% to 760.401 billion rubles from 712.928 billion rubles. The increase occurred against the background of increased revenue from Aeroflot flights, airlines in commercial management, as well as other revenue. The dynamics was supported by a 6% increase in Aeroflot passenger turnover, including 13.7% on international routes, as well as record seat occupancy of 89.3% at the end of the year.
The cost of fuel and lubricants increased by 1.866 billion rubles, or 1%, due to the growth of the production program against the background of the strengthening of the ruble against foreign currencies.
Expenses for aircraft ground handling increased by 10.2%, or by 7.405 billion rubles, compared with 28.6% a year earlier. The increase in costs is due to the expansion of the international flight program, as well as an increase in airport tariffs and air navigation service costs.
Maintenance and repair costs increased by 10.6%, or 7.15 billion rubles, against the background of an increase in the cost of components and an increase in the production range of the company's watches by 4.8%.
Staff costs increased by 32.9%, with a slowdown in the third and fourth quarters of 2025. The growth is due to the implementation of a set of measures aimed at improving working conditions: starting in October 2024, remuneration for pilots has been increased, and starting in the first quarter of 2025, wages for flight attendants and engineering staff have been increased.

Revenue increased by 6.3% to 676.48 billion rubles from 636.56 billion rubles, EBITDA increased by 37.8% to 230.89 billion rubles from 167.53 billion rubles. Adjusted profit fell to 24.5 billion rubles from 48.58 billion rubles.
