Aeroflot shareholders have decided not to pay dividends for 2021. The shareholders elected a new board of directors and made decisions on other issues on the agenda. This is stated in the company's message.
PJSC Aeroflot is the largest Russian airline. It is one of the oldest airlines in the world, implements its own program of "flat fares" on flights to the cities of the Far East, Kaliningrad and Simferopol, participates in state programs of subsidizing air transportation. In 2021, Aeroflot transported 21.4 million people, and taking into account the airlines of the Aeroflot Group — 45.8 million.
