AFK Sistema's revenue under IFRS for 2025 increased by 8.3% to 1.33 trillion rubles from 1.23 trillion rubles a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.
Adjusted operating profit before depreciation increased by 15.1% to RUB 378.2 billion. The total assets of AFK Sistema Group increased by 3.6% and reached 2.9 trillion rubles by the end of 2025.
During the reporting period and after the reporting date, a number of strategic transactions were implemented. Thus, the development asset of AFK Sistema attracted as a result of the SPO 18.4 billion rubles, which were allocated for the purchase of 42 land plots for the construction of real estate, as well as to reduce the debt burden.
AFK Sistema's agro-industrial asset acquired control of the RZ Agro group of companies with a land bank of about 130 thousand hectares.
