Agrocom Group may acquire the rights to manage the agro-industrial complex "21st century" and the Zolotovskoye enterprise

The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia has granted the petitions of Agrocom Group LLC for the acquisition of management rights to Agroindustrial Complex "21st Century" LLC and Zolotovskoye LLC. According to the agency, the transactions will not lead to a restriction of competition in the vegetable market. This is stated in the message of the service.

Recall that in 2021, the agricultural enterprise LLC Zolotovskoye, owned by the founder of the Flash Group Alexey Frolov, came under the control of Ivan Savvidi's Agrocom Group, the Kommersant newspaper wrote.

The agro-industrial complex "21st century" was organized in 2003 with the main task - to provide the population of the Rostov region and other regions of Russia with fresh vegetable products. Currently, the area of winter greenhouses is 3.5 hectares. The company annually grows and supplies to large retail chains and markets up to 350 tons of tomatoes, 850 tons of cucumbers and 800 thousand pieces of salads and greens.

LLC Zolotovskoye is located in the Semikarakorsky district of the Rostov region, the main activity of the enterprise is the cultivation of grain crops.

Agrocom Group LLC is engaged in the management of holding companies.
