Ajax Private Limited (Seychelles) reduced its stake in MCPAO Headhunter to 5.45% from 12.71%. The change took place on November 14th. This is stated in the company's message.
HeadHunter is a Russian HR-Tech company used by over 50 million users and 600 thousand companies. In addition to an online job search and employee search platform, the company is developing an integrated ecosystem of products in the field of development, training and networking, as well as in the field of integrated HR automation.
HeadHunter Group PLC's net profit for the first quarter of 2024 increased 2.2 times to RUB 4.9 billion from RUB 2.2 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 55.4% to RUB 8.63 billion from RUB 5.55 billion.
