This rating is assigned to companies that have received a rating score in the range from 85 to 106.6.
The Company discloses information on sustainable development as part of a single annual report. In 2023, an updated Strategy for Sustainable Development until 2030 and a separate Strategy in the field of ecology were adopted. The report provides data on all areas of the adopted strategies.

The analysis of the report shows how much attention the company's management pays to personnel issues. In addition to statistical information, the report contains a description of the innovations used in the search and retention of personnel, a list of internal documents regulating HR processes, and social programs for employees.
