The Akron Board of Directors recommended to shareholders a net profit of 52.4 billion rubles by the end of 2025. (with the exception of profits distributed as dividends for 9 months of 2025 in the amount of 6.947 billion rubles) to remain undistributed; dividends for 2025 (with the exception of dividends paid for 9 months of 2025) not to declare or pay. This is stated in the company's message.

Akron's net profit under IFRS for 2025 increased by 30% to RUB 39.776 billion from RUB 30.52 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 20% to 237.638 billion rubles from 198.167 billion rubles, EBITDA increased by 51% to 91.672 billion rubles from 60.721 billion rubles.

Akron's net profit under IFRS for the first quarter of 2026 amounted to 2.678 billion rubles, revenue - 51.867 billion rubles, EBITDA – 15.633 billion rubles. 

Akron's net profit (TIN 5321029508) according to RAS in 2025 increased 3 times to 52.4 billion rubles from 15.768 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 16.4% to RUB 171.997 billion.
